Acceptance
By creating an account or using FamiPatrol, you agree to these terms and to use the service only for lawful, authorized, read-only WhatsApp monitoring.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that violates another person's privacy or rights.
Authorized use
You may connect only WhatsApp accounts you own or have clear permission to manage. You are responsible for getting any required consent before syncing or viewing records, contacts, media metadata, or related information.
Service description
FamiPatrol provides a private, read-only WhatsApp monitoring dashboard. The service is designed to sync authorized records into private storage and display them from our database. It is not a WhatsApp client and does not provide message sending, auto-reply, bulk messaging, or marketing automation.
Plans and billing
Some features may require a paid plan, subscription, device slot, or storage add-on. Prices, limits, renewal terms, checkout providers, and available billing features may change, and any payment workflow will show the applicable terms before purchase.
Your content
You keep your rights to content and records you authorize FamiPatrol to process. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, secure, display, support, and operate the read-only dashboard service for your account.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use FamiPatrol to access unauthorized accounts, collect data unlawfully, expose credentials, send spam, build harassment workflows, reverse engineer the service, overload systems, avoid security controls, or violate WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party terms.
Third-party services
FamiPatrol may rely on infrastructure, payment, analytics, security, and support providers. WhatsApp and Meta are separate third parties, and FamiPatrol is not endorsed by or affiliated with them.
Suspension or termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account creates security risk, violates these terms, infringes others' rights, fails payment obligations, or could harm the service or other users.
Disclaimers
FamiPatrol is provided as a privacy-first monitoring and viewing service, but availability, sync timing, third-party platform behavior, and data completeness can vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, legal compliance for your specific use case, or continued compatibility with third-party platforms.

We may update these terms as the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. The updated date will show when the terms were last revised.
