Overview
FamiPatrol helps people connect WhatsApp accounts they own or are authorized to manage, sync authorized activity records into private storage, and view those records in a read-only dashboard. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the boundaries we keep around WhatsApp data.
Data we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription or billing status, support messages, device or connection names, sync status, usage metadata, and the WhatsApp records or metadata you authorize FamiPatrol to process.
How we use data
We use data to provide account access, operate the private dashboard, show read-only views, manage plans and storage, respond to support requests, protect the service, investigate abuse, maintain audit records, and improve reliability.
WhatsApp data boundaries
FamiPatrol is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. We do not ask for WhatsApp passwords or one-time codes. WhatsApp session tokens and cookies stay server-side, the browser does not receive them, and the dashboard reads synced database records rather than calling WhatsApp directly.
Sharing
We do not sell chat content. We share information only with service providers that help us run hosting, storage, payments, support, analytics, security, or compliance workflows, or when required to protect users, comply with law, or handle a business transfer.
Security and retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for a private data vault, including access controls and server-side session handling. We keep information only as long as needed for the service, support, security, legal, or operational purposes, unless deletion is requested and available under applicable rules.
Your choices
You can manage your account, sign out, remove connections where available, and contact support for privacy, access, correction, export, or deletion questions. Some records may be retained when needed for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Children
FamiPatrol is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required in their location. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes
We may update this policy as FamiPatrol changes. When we make material updates, we will revise the date above and provide notice where appropriate.
